The Corn Dog Dry Mix is a professionally developed, homemade recipe designed to create authentic Korean style corn dogs. After three years of refinement, this mix delivers a perfectly balanced batter that results in a soft, fluffy interior and a crispy outer layer when combined with panko breadcrumbs.

Each pack allows you to produce up to 40 corn dogs (approximately 16 cm in length), making it ideal for both commercial use and home preparation. The mix is easy to prepare and ensures consistent results every time.

Preparation instructions
Add 3 eggs and whole milk (total 775 g) into a mixing bowl
Add 1 kg of dry mix and mix for approximately 4 minutes at low to medium speed
If the batter is too runny, add plain flour as needed
Use immediately or store in a refrigerator and use within 48 hours (contains eggs and fresh milk)
Fry at 175 °C until golden brown
